Canon City Daily Record, NOTICE OF PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE AT TAX LIEN SALE AND OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED To Every Person in Actual Possession or Occupancy of the hereinafter Described Land, Lot or Premises, and to the Person in Whose Name the same was Taxed or Specially Assessed, and to all Persons having an Interest or Title of Record in or to the said Premises and To Whom It May Concern, and more especially to F. J. Sentoch, F.J. Lentsch, William Pinkert, Alan Schultz, Stuart A. Parker, Janice S. Lownes and David L. Hallock You and each of you are hereby notified that on the 11 day of November, 2010 A.D. , the then County Treasurer of the County of Fremont, in the State of Colorado, sold at public tax lien sale to the following described real estate situate in the County of Fremont, State of Colorado, to-wit: Jeff Harper Lode in SW 1/4 Section 9 Township 17 South Range 69 west of the 6th P.M. Survey Lot # 16709 and said County Treasurer issued a certificate of purchase No. 5280 therefor to S. Parker, J. Lownes and D. Hallock subsequently assigned to Stuart A. Parker, Janice S. Lownes and David L. Hallock That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2009 That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the names of F. J. Lentsch and WM Pinkert for said year 2009 That said Stuart A. Parker, Janice S. Lownes and David L. Hallock, the present holders of said certificate, have made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate; That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said Stuart A. Parker, Janice S. Lownes and David L. Hallock at 4:30 o'clock P.M., on the 17 day of November,2014 A.D. , unless the same has been redeemed.
