Denver Post, The Colorado Air Quality Control Commission will hold the following Rulemaking Hearings: HEARING SCHEDULE: DATE: October 16, 2014 TIME: 9:00 AM PLACE: Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Sabin Conference Room Denver, CO 80246 Regulation Number 11 The Commission will consider changes to Colorado's Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program to address several minor regulatory issues in order to implement the January 1, 2015 program changes as approved in the December 2012 hearing. Proposed changes are primarily housekeeping and cleanup, addressing details of inspection procedure, remote sensing, self-testing by fleets, calibration gas specifications, waivers, and typographic errors.
