PERMIT NUMBER: CO-0034878, PERMITTEE NAME: General Services Administration, FACILITY NAME: Denver Federal Center, FACILITY DESCRIPTION: This permit authorizes intermittent discharges associated with construction dewatering activities at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, CO. All dewatering activities discharge to McIntyre Gulch. All comments received prior to the end of the comment period will be considered in the formulation of any final permit determination, and will be part of the administrative record. Any commenter may request a public hearing and the EPA will hold a hearing if the response to this notice indicates significant public interest. PERMIT AVAILABILITY: The draft permit and the statement of basis for the draft permit are available for download at http://www2.epa.gov/region8/npdes-permits-document-download. All data submitted by the applicant is available as part of the administrative record and is available for review by appointment during the hours of 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, Federal holidays excluded.
