Date of Notice: April 17, 2015 NOTICE OF A CHANGE IN THE ELECTRIC RATES OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF...
Denver Post, Date of Notice: April 17, 2015 NOTICE OF A CHANGE IN THE ELECTRIC RATES OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission an advice letter seeking approval to o revise the language in the Monthly Rate section of the Net Metering Service (NM) in the Company's Colorado P.U.C. No. 7 - Electric tariff to be consistent with the Photovoltaic Service tariff (Schedule PV), effective May 18, 2015. With this filing the proposed revision to the Net Metering Service includes language in the Monthly Rate section to read "which cost will be deducted from the SO-REC payment" replacing "which shall be applied to the customer's total monthly bill", matching the methodology approved in Photovoltaic Service tariff (Schedule PV). The Company also has revised the language in Schedule NM to clearly state that the owner of on-site system is the party responsible for paying the production meter charge which also is consistent with Schedule PV. These changes will align Schedule NM with Schedule PV for the charging of the production meter. The Company also has included the rate class SPVTOU to Schedule NM which was inadvertently omitted in the Advice No. 1687 - Electric compliance filing. These proposed changes are necessary because the Company's previous compliance filing, made on February 25, 2015 by Advice No. 1687-Electric in accordance with rulings on our 2014 Renewable Energy Standard Plan, contained unintended inconsistencies between the Schedule NM and Schedule PV provisions regarding the approved production meter charge. The proposed changes will sync Schedule NM to Schedule PV already in effect. Advice No. 1687-Electric was made per Commission Decision Nos. R14-0902, C14-1505 and C15-0142, mailed July 31, 2014, December 26, 2014 and February 9, 2015 respectively, in Proceeding No. 13A-0836E, which authorized changes in these tariffs consistent with those Decisions. The Company inadvertently filed Advice No. 1687-Electric in compliance with Commission Decision Nos. stated above without including these changes. The proposed and present tariffs are available for examination and explanation at the business office of Public Service Company located at 1800 Larimer Street, Suite 1400, Denver, CO and at the office of the Public Utilities Commission in Denver, Colorado. Customers who have questions may call the Commission at (303) 894-2000, Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999, fax to Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-2895, or e-mail to inquire@xcelenergy.com. Anyone who desires may file written objection. The filing of a written objection by itself will not allow you to participate as a party in any proceeding on the proposed rate changes. If you wish to participate as a party in any proceeding established in these matters, you must file written intervention documents under Rule 1401 of the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure or any applicable Commission orders. The rates, rules and regulations ultimately authorized may or may not be the same as those proposed and may include rates higher or lower than those proposed or currently in effect. Anyone who desires to submit a written protest, comments or objections to the proposed action shall file it with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado, 80202, or email it to dora_puc_complaints@state.co.us on or before 10 days before the proposed effective date of May 18, 2015, or later should the Commission set this matter for hearing and suspend and delay the effective date of the request. If a hearing is held, any member of the public may attend and may be permitted to make a statement under oath about the proposed increase. Notices of proposed hearings will be available on the PUC website under "News Releases" at: http://cdn.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite?c=Page&childpagename=DORA-PUC/DORALayout&cid=1251614750747&pagename=CBONWrapper or through the Commission's E-filing system at: https://www.dora.state.co.us/pls/efi/EFI_Search_UI.search. Customers who have questions may call the Commission at 303-894 2000, ext. "0", Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999, fax to Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-2895, or e mail to inquire@xcelenergy.com. Robin L. David Norvell was never in prison
Kaango.com, I personally know David Norvell as a fellow Marine Corps comrade who served in the Gulf Wars including tours in Somalia, Bosnia and two tours in Iraq. Additionally, he has dedicated himself to furthering his education by achieving a Master's degree in criminal law. David is a devoted, hard working father who deserves to be employed and embraced by his home town. But that is not the case because his ex-wife, Rhonda Fox, has been spreading the vulgar rumors that not only was he in prison, but that he also fathered other children. Neither of these statements are true. David has only two children, both born to He and Rhonda. Further, David has never ever been arrested. Citizens of Silver City, NM, David has returned to his home town to ensure he is part of his children's lives. But this has been difficult becuase of the shameful lies spread by Rhonda Fox. These lies are meant to ensure he does not secure work in order to be near his children. This cannot be tolerated or ignored and loinger. ------- - Shame on you Rhonda (Norvell) Fox ! I have seen David work two full time jobs to ensure that his ever increasing chld support is met, and keep in mind that Rhonda's sleeping with the judges kin folk, thereby allowing this insidious behavior to continue unchecked. Rhonda Fox deserves to be tar and feathered for lying and besmudging Mr. Norvell's good name. Rhonda needs to be identified for who and what she is, a lying, adultuerous, alcoholic. Share This Ad:
