Schwinn has lost, mislaid or destroyed Canon Heights Irrigation Company certificate # 1824 representing 30 shares and Pisgah Reservoir and Ditch Company Certificate #1426 representing 30.257 shares standing in the name of John T. Schwinn and Charolette Y. Schwinn. The aforementioned owner has not transferred or hypothecated the shares and has paid all assessments when due. The owner demands issuance of duplicate certificates in accordance with State law and the bylaws of the Companies. Canon Heights Irrigation and Reservoir Company and Pisgah Reservoir and Ditch Company will issue duplicate certificates on or after August 15, 2014 to the registered owner, or his assignee unless a contrary claim is filed with the Company prior to August 14, 2014.
