Denver Post, NOTICE OF A PROPOSED RENEWAL TITLE V OPERATING PERMIT WARRANTING PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE is hereby given that an application to renew an Operating Permit has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, Colorado, 80246-1530, for the following source of air pollution: Metro Wastewater Cogeneration Facility, 6450 York Street, Denver, CO 80229 in Adams County. The Metro Wastewater Cogeneration Facility consists of various combustion equipment located at the Metro Wastewater Treatment Facility. The applicant is Suez Denver Metro, LLC, P. O. Box 4088, Golden, CO 80401. The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application. The Division will receive and consider the written public comments and requests for any hearing for 30 calendar days after the date of this Notice. If requested, the hearing will be held before the Commission within 60 days of its receipt of the request for a hearing unless a longer time period is agreed upon by the Division and the applicant.
