Denver Post, City and County of Denver Concession Services OVERLAND GOLF COURSE NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City and County of Denver, Department of Parks and Recreation, (“City”) wishes to enter into a concession license agreement to operate food and beverage concessions at Overland Golf Course, Denver, Colorado described in a Scope of Work. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Proposers must attend the pre-proposal meeting which shall take place on September 5, 2013 at 1:30 P.M. local time in the Overland Golf Course concession facility (clubhouse) at 1801 S. Huron St., Denver, CO 80223. The Pre-Proposal Briefing is mandatory , and proposers will be held responsible for all information presented at such meeting. A tour of the concession facilities will be made available following the mandatory pre-proposal meeting; other tours of the site will not be made available. GENERAL: As its best interests may appear, the City and County of Denver reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities in the qualifications or proposals. All responses submitted to the City and County of Denver pursuant to this Request for Proposals, and Contact made and entered into by the City and County of Denver, will be subject to all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity ordinances, rules and regulations, findings and policy determinations adopted, recognized or promulgated by the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity and the Manager of Parks and Recreation that may be in effect at the time of this Request for Proposals.
