Denver Post, Public notice is hereby given that excess proceeds belonging to Isaac J Padilla were realized from the foreclosing sale of 14385 East 47th Drive, Denver, CO 80239, LOT 15, BLOCK 4, THE VISTAS, CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, STATE OF COLORADO on April 4, 2013 for foreclosure sale number 2012-2920, and unless these funds are claimed by the record owner as of the recording of the notice of election or other person entitled thereto within five years from the date of sale, these funds shall be transferred to the State Treasurer as part of the “Unclaimed Property Act” in the manner provided by section 38-38-111(3), C.R.S.
