
Denver Post, Date of Notice: July 19, 2013 NOTICE OF REDUCTION TO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION CONVENIENCE FEE OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202-5533 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, in compliance with the Public Utilities Law, revisions in its Schedule of Charges for Rendering Service in its Colorado P.U.C. No. 7 Electric tariff to become effective August 19, 2013. The purpose of the revisions to the Schedule of Charges for Rendering Service is to reflect a reduction in the convenience fee that provides customers an option to pay their monthly electric bills using their credit or debit cards. The Company is changing the fee from $4.85 to $3.45 per transaction. In accordance with Rule 1206 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, copies of the proposed and present credit/debit card convenience fees summarized above and as filed with the Commission, are available for examination and explanation at the main office of Public Service Company of Colorado, 1800 Larimer Street, Suite 1000, Denver, Colorado 80202-5533, or at the office of the Public Utilities Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado, 80202.
