Canon City Daily Record, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONE CHANGE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 128 Main Street, Canon City, Colorado, the CITY COUNCIL of Canon City will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an application for a Zone Change on property located at 721 Barr Ave., legally described as the west 18 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 29, Harding's 2nd Addition to the City of Canon City, from R-1 to R-1A, at which time and place all citizens and interested parties may appear and be heard.
