Denver Post, NOTICE OF PROPOSED SCHOOL BUDGET OF DISTRICT NO. 1 IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER AND THE STATE OF COLORADO Notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Education of School District No. 1 City and County of Denver State of Colorado (Denver Public Schools) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. The proposed budget has been filed in the Budget Office where it is available for public inspection and can be viewed on the District's web site at http://financialservices.dpsk12.org/welcome/financial-transparency/. The proposed budget will be considered for adoption at a regular meeting of the Board of Education of said District at 1860 Lincoln St., Denver, Colorado on June 18th, 2014 at 4:30 o'clock p.m., subject to the Board's right to call an earlier special meeting for the purpose of adoption of the 2015-2016 budget. Any person paying school taxes in said district may at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget file or register his objections thereto.
