The proposed Amended and Restated Ironworks foundry Urban Redevelopment Plan has been prepared and recommended by the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, which Authority is to undertake the execution of the Plan pursuant to law. The amendment to the Ironworks Foundry Urban Redevelopment Plan adds approximately 1.6 acres in the City and County of Denver, located on the southeast side of Brighton Boulevard between 33rd and 34th Streets, along with a portion of the bordering public right-of-way. A detailed legal description to the Ironworks Foundry Urban Redevelopment Area is available at the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, 1555 California Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80202.
