Canon City Daily Record, Public Notice of a Public Hearing Purpose: Petition for Inclusion of Property The Board of Directors of the Fremont Sanitation District will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at the District's regular meeting place at the Fremont Sanitation District Service Center, 107 Berry Parkway, Canon City, Colorado. A petition for inclusion has been submitted by William R. Kerr, Clare P. Kerr, Timothy D. Ritter, and Margaret B. Ritter whose address is 2017 Elm Ave., Canon City, CO 81212, the owner of the real property described as Lots 1 and 2, J. & K. Smith Subdivision, County of Fremont, State of Colorado. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear arguments for and against the inclusion of property into the Fremont Sanitation District. A copy of the petition, including the legal description of the property to be included, is available for inspection at the office of the District at 107 Berry Parkway, Canon City, Colorado.
