Denver Post, Date of Notice: March 23, 2015 NOTICE OF REVISIONS IN THE THERM CONVERSION ENERGY FACTORS ON LESS THAN THIRTY-DAYS' NOTICE OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202-5533 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, in compliance with the Public Utilities Law, an application for permission to file revisions in its Therm Conversion Energy Factors to become effective April 1, 2015, if said application is approved by the Public Utilities Commission. The purpose of the revisions to the Energy Factors is to reflect the actual Heating Value of the Company's natural gas, based upon an analysis of natural gas in the below-listed Btu Zones, for the three months ended February 28, 2015. The Energy Factors are utilized in the conversion of metered volumes (in hundreds or thousands of cubic feet) to therms or decatherms, and are proposed to be in effect from April 1, 2015 through June 30, 2015.
