Box 7650, Colorado Springs, CO 80933; 719-599-8100 has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Phillips Ranch Property Gravel Pit #2, and is located at or near Section 1, Township 20 South, Range 69 West, 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is May 1, 2015, and the proposed date of completion is undetermined. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
