Canon City Daily Record, The Upper Arkansas Area Agency on Aging, serving Fremont, Chaffee, Custer and Lake Counties is accepting proposals for state fiscal year 2015-2016 (July 01, 2015-June 30, 2016) for the following services: congregate and home delivered meals, transportation, legal, in-home services i.e. homemaker, chore and personal care. As required by the Older American Act programs and services are required to target low-income, low-income minority, rural, frail/disabled and/or socially isolated seniors.
