Denver Post, PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSTRUCTION OF NEW FIRE STATION The SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, is soliciting proposals from firms to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor in connection with construction of a replacement Fire Station #4 at 8600 ROSEMARY STREET, COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO. This is a Guaranteed Maximum Price public works project. The project consists of: new construction totaling approximately 9200 GSF and site development of approx. .5 acres. Uses within the building include apparatus bays, dayroom & dining, offices, bunk rooms, fitness center and support space. Site development consists of all on-site utilities, parking lots and driveways, water quality features, etc. The construction budget is estimated in the range of $2.3 Million.
