Denver Post, PUBLIC NOTICE MIDCITIES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Subsection 32-1-207(3)(b), C.R.S., as amended, and with the prior consent of the City and County of Broomfield (the "City") that the Boards of Directors of the MidCities Metropolitan District No. 1 ("District No. 1") and MidCities Metropolitan District No. 2 ("District No. 2" and together with District No. 1, the "Districts") have initiated a financing plan to restructure the outstanding indebtedness of District No. 1 in order to avoid a potential event of default. Under the restructure plan: The outstanding Series 2004A and Series 2004B Bonds of District No. 1 will be refunded with a new Series 2015 Bonds (the "Refunding Bonds"), with the maturity of debt extend- ed from 2031 to 2040, The master intergovernmental agreement between the Districts will be amended to require District No. 2 to impose a property tax levy of 9 mills in collection years 2015-2030 and then up to 47 mills annually in collection years 2031 to 2040 (and potentially beyond) to pay debt service on the Refunding Bonds. The complete restructure plan is on file with the District at 141 Union Boulevard, Suite 150, Denver, Colorado 80228. Any action to enjoin such activity as a material departure from the Districts' Service Plans must be brought within 45 days from publication of notice.
