Statements of Qualification from interested parties are to be addressed to the Promenade at Castle Rock Metropolitan District No. 2 and will be received at the office of W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of Colorado, 229 Vallejo Street, Denver CO 80223, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2015. Late Statements of Qualification will not be accepted. This Notice is issued by the Owner in compliance with and in satisfaction of the requirements of 32-1-1001(1)(d)(I) and 32-1-1805, C.R.S. From the respondents to this Request for Qualifications, Owner will determine which interested parties, if any, are most qualified and subsequently announce a shortlist of those deemed most qualified to receive a request for proposal ("RFP") to enter into a subsequent contract or contracts. The Work to be performed, including all materials and labor necessary for completion of the Work is as follows: Includes Distribution wiring and equipment, site lighting and controls, illuminated bollards, house panels for site lighting, coordination with IREA power, excavation and backfill for underground electrical. Interested parties may obtain RFQ packages, including submittal requirements, the scope of work, and evaluation and qualification criteria electronically after 9:00 am on February 20, 2015.
