Denver Post, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Streetscape Conceptual Design Plan The Fax Mayfair Business Improvement District is accepting proposals for a streetscape conceptual design plan for East Colfax Avenue from Eudora Street to Monaco Parkway, and the Mayfair Town Center (Colfax to 14th, Kearney to Leyden).
