Canon City Daily Record, PUBLIC NOTICE CSBG 2015-2018 GRANT ALLOCATIONS The Fremont County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the CSBG (Community Service Block Grant) for 2015-2018 Grant year allocations. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and designate the utilization of funds to the residents of the Counties in the Upper Arkansas Area. The grant will be used to assist low income families in these counties. The public is invited to comment on the CSBG plan for the upcoming year.
