Denver Post, Invitation to Bid Lake County Huck Finn Park Ice Rink Facility Project The Lake County Board of County Commissioners seeks qualified bidders to provide proposals for consideration to design and build an approximately 2,260 square foot single story building adjacent to the east corner and on the south side of the existing skating rink at the Lake County Huck Finn Park. The proposed building will include an approximately 600 plus square foot in-floor heated Zamboni garage, a mechanical room, approximately 532 square feet for two ADA restrooms, an approximate 625 square foot all-purpose meeting space, approximately 400 square feet for equipment rental, concessions area with sinks, counters as needed, and approximately 200 square feet of changing areas. The building is to be a single story building located adjacent to the east corner and on the south side of the existing skating rink at the Lake County Huck Finn Park in Leadville Colorado.
