Denver Post, Date of Notice: December 18, 2014 NOTICE OF REVISIONS IN THE THERM CONVERSION ENERGY FACTORS ON LESS THAN THIRTY-DAYS' NOTICE OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202-5533 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado, in compliance with the Public Utilities Law, an application for permission to file revisions in its Therm Conversion Energy Factors to become effective January 1, 2015, if said application is approved by the Public Utilities Commission. The purpose of the revisions to the Energy Factors is to reflect the actual Heating Value of the Company's natural gas, based upon an analysis of natural gas in the below-listed Btu Zones, for the three months ended November 30, 2014. The Energy Factors are utilized in the conversion of metered volumes (in hundreds or thousands of cubic feet) to therms or decatherms, and are proposed to be in effect from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015. Customers who have questions may call the Commission at 303-894 2000, Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999, fax to Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-2895, or e mail to: inquire@xcelenergy.com. Anyone who desires may file written comment or objection to this filing. If you only wish to object to the proposed action, you may file a written objection with the Commission. The filing of a written objection by itself will not allow you to participate as a party in any proceeding on the proposed action. Anyone who desires to file written comment or objection to the proposed action shall file them with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado, 80202 or email the document to: puc@dora.state.co.us at least one day before the proposed effective date. If you wish to participate as a party in this matter, you must file written intervention documents under applicable Commission rules. Members of the public may attend any hearing and may make a statement under oath about the proposed revisions, whether or not he/she has filed a written objection or request to intervene.
