Denver Post, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS BY THE UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO HOSPITAL AUTHORITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the University of Colorado Hospital Authority (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing concerning the approval of the issuance by the Authority of its tax-exempt Revenue Bonds, Series 2015 in one or more series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $350,000,000 (the "Bonds") and the approval of the plan of finance to be effectuated thereby. Proceeds of the Bonds will be used by the Authority and Poudre Valley Health Care, Inc. ("Poudre Valley"), Medical Center of the Rockies ("MCR"), University of Colorado Health ("UCHealth") and UCH-MHS ("UCH-MHS" and, together with the Authority, Poudre Valley, MCR and UCHealth, the "Obligated Group"), each of which (other than the Authority) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), for the purposes of (i) refunding, on a current refunding basis, all or a portion of the Colorado Health Facilities Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds (Poudre Valley Health Care, Inc. and Medical Center of the Rockies) Series 2005F; (ii) refunding, on an advance refunding basis, all or a portion of the Authority's Revenue Bonds Series 2006A; (iii) refunding, on an advance refunding basis, all or a portion of the Authority's Refunding Revenue Bonds Series 2009A; (iv) financing the continued acquisition, construction, installation, renovation and equipping of the UCHealth health care campuses at one or more of the addresses set forth below, including the renovation of a tower at Poudre Valley Hospital, the continued build out of a tower at University of Colorado Hospital and other general improvements to and renovation of facilities at the health care campuses; (v) other lawful costs and expenditures of the Obligated Group, (vi) costs of issuing the Bonds and any required reserves, and (vii) reimbursement to the Obligated Group for payment of all or a portion of the costs described in (iv) above (all such purposes are referred to collectively herein as the "Project").
