Denver Post, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE BY COLORADO HEALTH FACILITIES AUTHORITY OF ITS REVENUE BONDS (ALLOSOURCE PROJECT) SERIES 2015 IN ONE OR MORE SERIES IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $9,500,000 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Colorado Health Facilities Authority, an independent public body politic and corporate constituting a public instrumentality of the State of Colorado (the "Issuer") will conduct a public hearing at 3033 East 1st Avenue, Suite 301, Denver, Colorado 80206, on December 19, 2014, at or about 10:00 a.m., to address the Issuer's proposed issuance of its Revenue Bonds (AlloSource Project) Series 2015 in one or more series in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,500,000 (the "Bonds"), and the corresponding plan of finance relating to the issuance of the Bonds and the financing described therein. The Issuer intends to loan proceeds of the Bonds to AlloSource, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation (the "Company"), an organization described in Section 501(c)(3), and exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(a), of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the Company intends to use such proceeds to finance or refinance the following: (a) the acquisition, construction, renovation, and equipping of certain land and improvements located (or to be located) at and about 6209, 6229, 6249, 6276 or 6278 South Troy Circle, Centennial, Colorado 80111, including reimbursement of the Company for certain capital expenditures previously incurred by the Company for such purposes at such locations; and (b) certain costs incurred to issue the Bonds. The Company will be the owner and operator of the property referenced above and the improvements located (or to be located) thereon. Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing, which will be the only public hearing held prior to the Issuer's consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance of the Bonds for the proposed purposes set forth above.
