Denver Post, NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING ON EXCLUSION OF PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that a Petition for Exclusion of Property (the "Petition") has been or is expected to be filed with the Board of Directors of Castle Pines Commercial Metropolitan District No. 3, Douglas County, Colorado (the "District"). The Petition requests that the property described below be excluded from the District. The Petition shall be heard at a public meeting on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 3:30 p.m., at 5750 DTC Parkway, Suite 210, Greenwood Village, Colorado. The name and address of the Petitioner and a general description of the property to be excluded are as follows: Name of Petitioner: Promenade Castle Rock, LLC Address of Petitioner: 5750 DTC Parkway, Suite 210 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 General Description of Property: Certain parcels lying generally east of Interstate Highway 25, south of existing residential development on N. Canyon Lane, and north of existing residential development along Evalena Rd. and E. Harvey St., including Parcel Nos. 2351-271-00-005, 2351-224-00-026, and 2351-224-00-025 as listed in the real property records of the Douglas County Assessor. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN to all interested persons that they shall appear at the public meeting and show cause in writing why such Petition should not be granted or the resolution should not be finally adopted.
