Denver Post, NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners, Adams County, Colorado, has adopted by ordinance the 2012 International Building Code, 2012 International Residential Code, 2012 International Plumbing Code, 2012 International Mechanical Code, 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2012 International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 International Existing Building Code, and the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, with certain amendments thereto. The ordinance is entitled ORDINANCE NO. 12, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE 2006 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODES AND ADOPTING THE 2012 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODES AND THE 2006 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE WITH AMENDMENTS THERETO. Notice of proposed Ordinance No. 12 along with the full text of the ordinance was initially published in the November 7, 2014 edition of this paper. The Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 12 on November 18, 2014 at public hearing with no amendments. Ordinance No. 12 will become effective on January 1, 2015.
