Denver Post, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL COST-OF-LIVING STUDY STATE OF COLORADO The State of Colorado is accepting proposals and credentials from individuals or firms experienced in economic consulting or market research to conduct a cost-of-living study in the state’s 178 school districts. Proposals will be accepted through 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 27, 2013. The study is to be completed by December 5, 2013.
