Denver Post, NOTICE BY COLORADO NATURAL GAS INC'S EASTERN COLORADO UTILITY DIVISION OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF TARIFF SHEETS IMPLEMENTING THE DEMAND SIDEMANAGEMENT COST ADJUSTMENTYou are hereby notified that Colorado Natural Gas, Inc. (the "Company") has filed an Application with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (the "Commission") for an Order approving its Eastern Colorado Utility Division's tariff sheets implementing the Demand Side Management Cost Adjustment ("DSMCA"). These changes are filed pursuant to Commission Rule 4757 to recover Demand Side Management ("DSM") costs incurred by the Company beginning on the date of Commission approval of the Company's DSM Plan. The Company's DSM Plan contains programs that are designed to promote and fund energy efficiency. All of the Company's sales customers are eligible to apply for participation in these programs. All customer classes of the Company will be affected by the application.If the Company's proposal is approved, an average residential customer's monthly bill is estimated to decrease of $0.16 (RG-EC). An average commercial customer's monthly bill is estimated to decrease $0.02 (CG-EC). The overall impact of base revenue (fixed monthly charge and distribution system rate but not upstream pipeline, deferred cost, and commodity cost) is proposed to decrease across all sales customer classes as follows:RG-EC0.48%CG-EC0.05%Copies of the Application as filed with the Commission are available for examination and explanation at the office of the Company, 7810 Shaffer Parkway, Suite 120, Littleton, Colorado 80127 and at the office of the Commission, 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, Denver, Colorado 80202.Anyone who desires may either file written objection or seek to intervene as a party in this filing. If you only wish to object to the proposed action, you may file a written objection with the Commission.
