Denver Post, NOTICE OF A CHANGE IN THE GAS RATES OF PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1800 LARIMER STREET, DENVER, COLORADO 80202 You are hereby notified that Public Service Company of Colorado has filed with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission an application seeking approval to revise its gas Demand-Side Management Cost Adjustment (DSMCA) tariff, to become effective January 1, 2015. The Company filed its Application for Approval of its Natural Gas DSM Plan for Calendar Year 2015 to 2016 and to change its Gas DSMCA rates effective January 1, 2015. The Gas DSMCA, which recovers the 2015 gas DSM budget of $13.0 million, will result in a decrease in the residential gas DSMCA and a decrease in the commercial gas DSMCA and no change to the interruptible gas DSMCA. The effect of the change in G-DSMCA rates introduced in this filing will be a net increase of $932,120,404 in the Company's annual G-DSMCA revenues relative to the G-DSMCA annual revenues from rates currently in effect.
