COTTONWOOD CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1-5 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there was filed in the District Court in and for Arapahoe County, Colorado (the "District Court") on September 25, 2014, a Petition for Organization (the "Petition") of Cottonwood Creek Metropolitan District Nos. 1-5 (the "Districts"), pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of 32-1-301, et seq., C.R.S. The purposes of the proposed Districts are as follows: To provide a part or all of various public improvements necessary and appropriate for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of each of the Districts and to provide all services set forth in 32-1-1004, C.R.S., subject to the limitations set forth in the Service Plan. The boundaries of the proposed Districts and a general description of the land contained within those boundaries are as follows: South of Jewell Avenue, west of Hayesmount Road, and northeast of E. Yale Avenue. Pursuant to an Order of the District Court issued in accordance with 32-1-304, C.R.S., a public hearing on the Petition (the "Hearing") was held on October 27, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in Division 204 of the District Court. At such Hearing, the Court ordered the Hearing be continued to a subsequent date and time (the "Continued Hearing"), and directed the attorneys for the Petitioners to cause notice to be given of the Continued Hearing. NOTICE IS THEREFORE GIVEN that there will be held a Continued Hearing at the hour of 1:30 P.M. on October 30, 2014, at the District Court in Arapahoe County, Centennial, Colorado, in Division 204, at which time and place any parties or persons of interest may appear if they so desire, within the limitations provided by law. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to 32-1-305(3), C.R.S., anytime after the filing of the Petition, but no later than ten (10) days before the day fixed for the hearing thereon, the owner of any real property within the proposed Districts may file a petition with the District Court stating reasons why said property should not be included therein and requesting that said real property be excluded therefrom.
