Canon City Daily Record, ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ROYAL GORGE MUSEUM AND HISTORY CENTER MAIN ENTRANCE RESTORATION PROJECT The City of Canon City will receive separate sealed Bids on a General Contract for the restoration of the main entrance doors at the Royal Gorge Museum and History Center. The restoration will entail the removal, adjustment, strip, refinish and reinstall doors, including stripping and refinishing both interior and exterior sides of the entrance and other work incidental for completion. Bids shall be lump sum; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bids will be received by the City of Canon City, at the office of the Finance Director, P.O. Box 1460, 128 Main Street, Canon City, Colorado 81215-1460, until 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
