Denver Post, TOWN OF LOCHBUIE, COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN RE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICE PLAN FOR SAND HILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, TOWN OF LOCHBUIE, COUNTY OF WELD, COLORADO PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sand Hills Metropolitan District (the “District”) has filed a First Amendment to Service Plan for Sand Hills Metropolitan District (the “Amended Service Plan”) with the Town of Lochbuie, Weld County, Colorado (the “Town”). The Amended Service Plan, along with the original Service Plan, are now on file in the offices of the Town Clerk, 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, Colorado 80603, and the District, c/o Miller & Associates Law Offices, LLC 700 17th Street, Suite 2200, Denver, CO 80202, and are available for public inspection. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, on Monday, the 17th day of June, 2013, at Town Hall, 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, Colorado 80603 for the purpose of considering the adequacy of the Amended Service Plan and to form a basis for a resolution approving, disapproving or conditionally approving the Amended Service Plan for the District. The District’s current boundaries consist of approximately thirteen thousand (13,000) acres and generally located in Sections 3, 5 and 7, Township 4N, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Sections 3, 15, 17-21, 29, 31 and 33, Township 5N, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Sections 1, 3 and 10, Township 4N, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., Sections 9, 13, 17, 20-25, 27 and 34-36, Township 5N, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M., and the Town of Hardin.
