Denver Post, PUBLIC NOTICE AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is required to submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on June 28, 2013 the State's Annual Performance Reports for the 2012 Consolidated Action Plan, the State-administered "Small Cities" Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2008 through 2012, the HOME Investment Partnership (Title II) Program, the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program, and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program for the period April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013. A copy of the complete 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance Report for these programs will be available for public review during regular office hours at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 500, Denver, CO 80203, from June 3, 2013 through June 27, 2013. The Report is also available on DOLA’s website for public review and comment. A public hearing has been scheduled for the purpose of accepting comments on the performance of the state of Colorado on administering these grants. The Colorado Department of Local Affairs will conduct the hearing in Denver on Wednesday, June 5, 2012, from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. at the State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 500.
