Dahl-Breske That said tax lien sale was made to satisfy the delinquent taxes assessed against said real estate for the year 2010 That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in the names of Raymond F. Southard Jr. and Tamara Jo Southard for said year 2010 That said Daniel Breske and Dana L. Dahl-Breske,the present holders of said certificate, have made request upon the Treasurer of said County for a deed to said real estate; That a Treasurer's Deed will be issued for said real estate to the said Daniel Breske and Dana L. Dahl-Breske at 4:30 o'clock P.M., on the 2 day of February,2015 A.D. , unless the same has been redeemed.
