The PER is a report detailing the project consisting of “the installation of solids dewatering equipment, grit removal equipment, and other wastewater plant and sanitary sewer system improvements.” The report is being submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to qualify the Town of Walden Wastewater Treatment Plant for a State Revolving Fund Loan.
