This is a C.R.C.P. 105 action for determination of interest in real property regarding the following real property: Lots 37 to 40, Block 5, Elmwood Place, City and County of Denver, State of Colorado Also sometimes legally described as: The following property descriptions are based upon a Land Surevey Plat performed on the subject property; Lots 27 Thru 40, Block 5, Elmwood Place, City & County of Denver, State of Colorado, containing an Area of 12,511 Sq. Ft., +/-, by TriState Surveying, Inc. July 13, 2005. The same will be deposited the City and County of Denver Engineering Department.
