Silver City Sun News, LEGAL PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Public Education Department calls for Sealed Proposals for: RFP # 15-92400-00002 Teacher Recruitment, Training and Support Initiative. PED is seeking proposals from a non-profit organization to provide and implement a Teacher Support Initiative to enlist, train, and support qualified applicants to be placed as effective teachers in New Mexico public schools with a substantial enrollment of economically disadvantaged students. PED will select a non-profit to provide the services requested using the RFP. Interested parties may secure a copy of the Request for Proposal from Jade Rivera, Policy Division, PED, 300 Don Gaspar, Santa Fe NM 87501 or on the PED website, www.ped.state.nm.us.
