Denver Post, Public notice is hereby given that excess proceeds belonging to Travis D Farmer were realized from the foreclosing sale of 4100 West Harvard Avenue, Denver, CO 80219, LOT 25, BLOCK 63, HARVEY PARK ADDITION, FILING NO. 9, CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, STATE OF COLORADO. on June 5, 2014 for foreclosure sale number 2014-0068 and unless these funds are claimed by the record owner as of the recording of the notice of election or other person entitled thereto within five years from the date of sale, these funds shall be transferred to the State Treasurer as part of the "Unclaimed Property Act" in the manner provided by section 38-38-111(3), C.R.S.
