This is an action: To quiet title to the following described property situate in the County of Fremont, State of Colorado, to-wit: A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 68 and Lot 69, Macon's Subdivision, according to the recorded plat thereof, filed for record October 8, 1890 in the Book of Plats at Page 149 and Reception No. 20927 in the records of the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder, located within a portion of the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 3, Township 19 South, Range 70 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Fremont, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east line of said Lot 68 and the remnants of a 3.5 foot high chain-link fence line from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 3 bears N61°59'22" E (bearings based on the north line of the NW1/4 of said Section 3 monumented at the east end with a 2 inch aluminum cap L.S. No. 13746 and monumented at the west end with a No. 4 rebar assumed to bear N89°58'39" W), a distance of 1645.07 feet; thence S00°01'27" E along the east line of said Lot 68, a distance of 183.66 feet to an existing 4 foot high chain-link fence line; thence S89°45'07" W along said 4 foot high fence line, a distance of 158.75 feet more or less to the east line of that parcel of land, conveyed by Thomas Macon to Fremont County by Warranty Deed recorded August 11, 1894 in Book 60 at Page 122 in the records of the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder for a public road now known as McKinley Street; thence N00°01'27" W along said east line of McKinley Street, a distance of 185.24 feet to a point of said remnants of a 3.5 foot high chain-link fence line; thence S89°40'32" E along said fence line remnants, a distance of 158.75 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
