Denver Post, Public notice is hereby given that excess proceeds belonging to David Anthony Ortega were realized from the foreclosing sale of 2821 California Street, Denver, CO 80205, LOT 22, BLOCK 68, CASE & EBERTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DENVER, CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, STATE OF COLORADO. on January 17, 2013 for foreclosure sale number 2012-2001, and unless these funds are claimed by the record owner as of the recording of the notice of election or other person entitled thereto within five years from the date of sale, these funds shall be transferred to the State Treasurer as part of the “Unclaimed Property Act” in the manner provided by section 38-38-111(3), C.R.S.
