It is alleged in the Complaint for Money Due and Applications for Writ of Replevin and Writ of Assistance ("Complaint") that a retail installment sale contract was executed and delivered to secure a loan to purchase the Collateral. The Complaint seeks, in addition to other relief, possession of the Collateral and issuance of a Writ of Replevin and a Writ of Assistance to that effect.
