Canon City Daily Record, NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 128 Main Street, Canon City, Colorado, the CITY COUNCIL of Canon City will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider a City-initiated application for an AMENDMENT to Title 17 of the Municipal Code, amending Chapter 17.20.077 - Standards for Farmers' Market and Flea Market, amending Chapter 17.20.085 - Standards for Food Carts and Kiosks, amending Chapters 17.12.130, 17.12.140, 17.12.150, 17.12.160 - Uses allowed in C, CBD, I and OPR Zone Districts, and amending Chapter 17.08 to add a definition of "Temporary Use", at which time and place all citizens and interested parties may appear and be heard.
