Alameda Ave., Aurora, CO, latitude 39ø 42' 36.97" N, longitude 104ø 50' 30.03 W. Comments are sought on the effect of the proposed tower on historic properties within the viewshed of the proposed tower per the Nationwide Programmatic Agreement of March 7, 2005 under the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
