Denver Post, NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF CITY OF LAKEWOOD 2013 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT The City of Lakewood has prepared a performance report, which evaluates overall progress in addressing priorities and specific objectives identified in the Consolidated Plan and One Year Action Plan for the 2013 Program Year. The report summarizes CDBG and HOME project accomplishments and provides a financial summary of the 2013 CDBG and HOME programs. The City invites public review of this document beginning August 14 - August 29, 2014. The Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in accordance with program regulations.
