The Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Friday, September 5, 2014, following a 31-day public comment period. Due to the expedient nature of the program, and per the Federal Register notice cited above, the Action Plan Substantial Amendment will be available for public comment Friday, August 1 - Sunday, August 31, 2014.
