The public hearing will be held in accordance with C.R.S. 11-30-101.7, and the purpose of the hearing is for the Board to consider the following application by an existing state-chartered credit union to expand its field of membership to include a geographic community. The estimated popu- lation of the proposed community is estimated to be in excess of 619,000. The application, including the proposed amendment to the applicant's by laws, is available for public inspection in the office of the Division of Financial Services during normal business hours.
